On the morning of my appointment, two employees had called in with emergencies that kept them from coming in. Nevertheless, my appointment was kept, the service (including follow-up recommendations) was professional and the staff was very helpful. In short, Prestige Auto Works is what I look for in any service situation, professional and competent. They care about the job they do and about why you're there. This is a first-rate operation.

Prestige Auto is so nice to work with when it comes to bringing my Ford F-250 for service. The waiting room is calm and customers are treated very well. As a woman I feel confident with them. Their prices are totally reasonable and they do what is necessary work and don't try to talk a person into more than what's needed! This last visit they caught some important issues, thankfully!

Came into shop to get coolant service/ oil change, but after exam it was suggested new water pump was needed. free diagnostic check was included which was greatly appreciated and service work was done promply and car runs much better, friendly and curteous staff; ownership makes loyal customers like me trust this business with my Land Rover vehicle. First time to this service center. They are very efficient, responsible, reliable. The price is more reasonable than other shops I went before. I will definitely make my car serviced there again.

Got an oil change and checked a coolant leak issue that turned out to be the head gasket needing to be replaced. This is the only place I bring my car for important repairs because they do reliable work at a reasonable price and always take their time explaining any issues to me.
