This shop is always busy anytime I bring in my car, but I see that as a good sign for a mechanic shop. The staff is good at communicating the work that needs to get done and they complete the work within an expected amount of time. I’ve been happy with the work this shop has done on my vehicle.

Yes, they took the time to make sure my parts where good before applying them to my vehicle.... it took awhile for my parts to arrive however they are great calling and informing you the process. They are pretty good. I will Give them a try. Thank you

I needed a place to get my car serviced now that my dealership service plan was expired. The dealership quoted me a price for my 60K mile service that seemed high to me, so I looked around for a family owned business that I could support. Prestige not only was more reasonably priced, the customer support was excellent, great communication, and friendly staff. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and I feel confident my car was taken care of professionally. I loved the detailed report with pictures they provided me. I found my new service shop!
