This is a rewrite of my first review; It was a highly positive experience"." I had my truck towed in on a Friday afternoon and had my truck back on SATURDAY early afternoon...Andre called me way after hours Friday and said they were real busy and to give me the estimate, which at first seemed high but gave the go ahead after he said he could go lower on the part price...since i have found out that the quote he gave me was spot on for the repair in this area...right in the middle. And i believe took them a little while to diagnose (which they did not charge for), including a battery charge and time consuming test drives, with cold and warm start tests to determine for sure it was the fuel pump...i owe my initial "sticker shocked" response to my own lack of experience...i have always worked on my own cars and in recent years owned new vehicles which didn't need repairs...so this was my first experience paying for professional repairs...bottom line: They went out of their way to get it done right, timely, fairly priced and made sure i was well informed and satisfied...I am very satisfied and will bring in my other two vehicles for repairs with confidence that they will make it right...

This was my first experience with this company. It was friendly, fast service. They honored their coupon--no unwelcome surprises. I appreciated the free wifi access in the lobby. I intend to do business with Prestige Auto Works again in the future.

Would highly recommend this auto shop. From the time I called to get a quote, then later take my car in, they were very friendly and fast. The only slight disappointment was having to take my car in again because they found additional parts were needed that they didn't have them in stock. When I went back in the very next day, they got me in and out in less than an hour with a smile on their face and mine. Very pleased!

I found this shop on yelp.com. The reviews were great and I was surprised that they were true. At Prestige Auto Works the customer comes first. Stephanie is awesome. She is patient and her main concern is the customer. Andre the owner is fabulous. I brought my car in and received my quote, all I could think about is what they were going to actually charge me. I am very leery due to have terrible past expierences with other shops. But I was totally taken aback when the finished price was on point. This shop is awesome I can't say it enough. After price comparison with many other shops they are more than fair. I since have been telling everyone about Prestige, last week my roommate needed work done and she was treated as wonderfully as I was. Without a doubt I will only have Prestige work on my car. When I asked Andre for his advice he was totally 100% honest with me. I am 110% satisfied!Thank you Andre and Stephanie!

I scheduled an appointment to have the heater core replaced on my BMW M3 but had to be at work early so I parked the car and left the key in the mail slot. They emailed me shortly after opening to let me know they had the car and the car was ready for pick-up when promised as well. Stephanie has a positive, friendly attitude and I'll be back for sure.
