My daughter's mini cooper broke down and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. I live in Fresno and she's in Sacramento so I was worried about how I would handle this. I called Prestige as several friends had good things to say about their experiences there. I called and Stephanie was great...she helped me get the car towed through Specialty Towing (also amazing) to the shop. After the techs diagnosed a jumped timing chain and gave me an estimate she again helped me get it towed back to my daughters father's house. Stephanie and all of Prestige went above and beyond to help me in a super stressful situation for extremely reasonable prices. I cannot thank them enough and will use them and recommend them to all I know! Thank you Prestige!!!!

4.5 Stars I have found myself in the difficult position of needing both major engine work done and a few months later having to service the transmission. I brought my car to Prestige both times and absolutely trust them with diagnosis, their work, and labor pricing. For parts pricing, yes, in some cases I have found certain parts slightly cheaper elsewhere but don't forget that when a mechanic like Prestige warranties all parts and labor that costs them money. The value they add here is absolutely in line with their pricing. Additionally, Prestige seems to be an all around shop dealing with everything from electrical, to transmissions, to engines, etc. etc. whereas some places specialize only in transmissions. You should understand this when trying to decide where you should take your car. Prestige, in this regard will be the best when you don't know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle or need different types of work done. Their wide-scope expertise is critical to getting the job done with awareness and minimal surprises.

always on point with their Mini Cooper repairs. been going here for years. while they have a slow turn-around time that is because they're the absolute best value around from what I've found. as you can tell by their website all of their business is through referrals and repeat customers. that should tell you something;) Prestige, your website kinda sucks. I know you know you don't need to improve it and as busy as you always are I don't want you to change anything. then my car will take longer to get fixed the next time, just saying;!).. and André there is one of the most honest vehicle mechanics I've ever met. bar none. and I'm not just saying that. btw, reason I'm writing this is I couldn't remember your address and realized I hadn't ever written a review for you guys. 5% off maybe?!;) anyways I need a tune up and my A/C went out and i should probably call in the morning.....
