First and foremost, I'd like to thank Prestige Auto Works for their professionalism. They took in my car, diagnosed it, and worked with my additional warranty insurance quickly and kept me well informed through the whole process. At the end of the day, I got bad news from my warranty and they stated that the repairs weren't covered under my warranty. Shawn was my direct contact and I'd like to thank him for his efforts, even though it wasn't approved under my warranty....he was always polite, respectful, and understanding. At the end of it all, I walked away with a great customer service experience. Customer Service isn't always about getting things fixed and or approved, it's about feeling comfortable through the whole process.

this is the place you were looking for so you can stop looking. thanks to Sean&Andre my problem was a fried electric motor on a door window. i got lucky - they diagnosed, removed and replaced it in half a day.

I am so thankful to Prestige auto repair that i have finally found this shop for repairing my bmw x5. My husband and i have been to several mechanic, each time we brought our car in for repair, engine lights were always on. We didn't know what to do, and where to go to find a good mechanic, and finally thank god! We have found one. They repair our car @ a very fair price, and my car runs great!!!

For me, a mechanic is a long term relationship. When I bought a Lexus hybrid, I found myself in need of a new mechanic as it simply was not my previous mechanics area of expertise. I will be honest, I tried to connect with Lexus of Sacramento first. That was an exercise in futility. I could not get anyone to call me back. News flash Lexus, I am not about to be treated as unimportant and then throw a bucket of money your way to say thanks for ignoring me. No worri s, worked out great for me. I found Prestige Auto. They had excellent reviews and they lived up to those reviews every step up of the way. Their quote was quick, honest, and fair. Scheduling was a breeze even during a busy week. Service was excellent. And, their customer service was the best. I felt I was a valued customer throughout. I think I have started my next long term mechanic relationship.
