Today was the first time I used Prestige for service on my Toyota Corolla and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service agents were friendly and efficient. I knew that I wanted oil change and diagnostics, but since this was my first visit, I expected a long list of things that SHOULD be done just as precautionary measures. Boy, was I wrong. They changed the oil, checked everything and said it was good to go! No hard sell on tires, wipers or anything. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable with a large screen TV and toys for young children. I was very happy with the overall service experience at Prestige and look forward to becoming a regular customer for all my automotive service needs.
