Fast service, good explanations of what is being done. I feel I'm being dealt with honestly. And evidence from machine measurements are used to decide when and whether to have services done, which is very helpful (e.g., tire rotation, battery replacement, etc).

Extremely pleased. Took my 2011 BMW 328I to Prestige for repair. I had a very good idea of what the issues with my car was. I requested an estimate via email based on my own research and which was promptly replied to by Stephanie anf Andre with a detailed estimate much lower than the dealership and other competitors around Sacramento. I called to schedule an appointment and Stephanie immediately ordered my part with no issues. I dropped off my car, went shopping for a few hours and had my car back in great shape by the end of the day. Best part was the honesty. The ran a diagnostic and confirmed that my suspicion eas correct. They didn't try to sell me on any other unnecessary services or repairs. They took care of my car and had me out the door happy. I will be taking Bimmer back there for all repairs and services. Thanks guys! Corey
