I got right in for an oil change and diagnostic test. The oil change was less expensive than what I pay with a coupon at other places. They found the problem that caused my engine light to come on, which another shop was unable to do. They fixed it the same day. All at a reasonable price. Also examined the vehicle and provided quotes for upkeep services. I recommend Prestige and will be a life time customer!

I highly recommend this repair shop. I needed a same day appointment to change my transmission fluid because I was going on a road trip. They were able to squeeze me in and got me out faster then expected. I'll be coming back here for all my future repair needs.

I went to Prestige Auto Works for the first time. I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Stephanie as well as the detailed diagnosis of my BMW's front end provided by their expert mechanic. The shop was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I went back the next day for a 4-wheel alignment with my other BMW. The work was completed to my satisfaction, within a reasonable amount of time, and the cost (with coupon) was more than reasonable. The hourly shop rate is only a fraction of what BMW dealerships charge, but the quality of the work is the same. This is certainly a place I will take my car in the future.

Great shop! They are very friendly and got the job done quickly. Even made arrangements to pick me up to get my car back. Will definitely refer people here and come back if I have any other problems.
