Hello, my name is Liz. I'd like to start this review with my very first visit at this shop. I owned a 2001 e320 Mercedes clean title. I purchased this car from an elderly lady that so happen to lie to me about a few things. I was aware of the check engine light that was on the dashboard when I purchased it so I thought no big deal (WRONG). Well this lady owed a ridiculous amount of money in registration fees so I was in tears at DMV. I paid the fee's in full (Whatever). I took the Mercedes to many mechanics and shops that I had PAID. However, they all gave me their OPINIONS. I was so frustrated because I was so broke and couldn't afford to keep paying for opinions. I took my car to this shop and immediately was given the answer to my problem. "Andre" who is the boss man repaired my car and got it to pass smog. I was thrilled. The diagnostic I paid for was worth my money because he told me before I even gave him the keys that he WILL FIND MY PROBLEM and that the fee for the diagnostic can be used towards cost of repairs (How cool is that). I sold that car and upgraded to a BMW 2006 325i by which needed the brake service. I made the mistake of having a mechanic change my brake pads because I was being cheap. However, it wasn't a good job and the brake pads were cheaply made and basically garbage for a BMW. When I drove it the next day to school, it sounded so unlike a BMW . I literally was in tears and immediately called the shop. Andre once again saved my car from suffering. I replaced brake pads, rotors, and sensors and even a window regulator that went out on me that same day. Got it all fixed same day, immediately could feel the difference in the performance of my vehicle. Next day went back for an alignment that was due because I purchased new tires for all four wheels. I feel like I'm flying down the highway. This shop is the only shop that gives me facts and not their opinion. There's a huge difference there. I will admit that I've cashed out at this shop, they're not cheap, BUT they do the job right. Your Mercedes, BMW, whatever is in good hands at this shop. The quality in their work and their parts are worth every penny. I can sleep comfortably at night knowing that my car is in good shape and I realized that their shouldn't be a tight budget on the safety of you and your vehicle. Forever, a loyal customer, Liz.....
