I chose this company based off of the reviews. I understand you cannot make everyone happy so I look at the bad reviews and weigh them against the rest. Here is my review for anyone looking for your mechanic for life shop. 1. First and foremost I experienced World Class customer service. I am disabled and I could not make it back to the shop when my car was completed, the boss, and my personal clerk drove my car to my house. Wow! This is the kind of service one would expect in the 50's. 2. The problem with my car is fixed, and it has a warranty incase it fails to work in the allotted warranty time frame. 3. Like many things in life, things don't always go as planned. How one responds to curves it what sets the average with the World Class performers. I had an issue with my vehicle that caused the repair to take longer than expected, but in the end it was resolved.

I just came in for an oil change and did not expect to get back a detailed inspection and quality photos of services my vehicle may need in the future. They will take good care of your Maserati ;)
