They repaired my car October 2012, using factory parts and the parts failed. When I informed them of the failure, they said they guaranteed this work for one year and bring in the car. I brought it in on Monday at 8:00 AM and it was fixed by early afternoon. I have no complaints with this job.

I went in for a smog test the other day and they were able to get me in right away. I also went in today, they had to order a part for me to repair my window switch.

I love having my vehicle serviced at Prestige Auto Works. They treat your car like it's their car! They are absolutely, hands down, the BEST!

I called to get a recommended Air Filter for my Camry and was told I could come in the same day. I brought my car in and it was done within 30 minutes. I really appreciated the fast & courteous service I received and will bring my car in for future maintenance/service.

Prestige Auto Works has an excellent service but their prices are too high. I felt they overcharged for the labor but they do a great job as far as fixing your car. I am not sure if it was just women getting overcharged for simple maintenance and repairs, but it was high. I shop around for prices and my boyfriend's brother is a mechanic, and even he recognized I was being ripped off. I was given a labor price and I got called back once the work was done and told the labor price would be higher because it took extra time. He wanted to charge me $521 to replace an air conditioning piece and censor so I went elsewhere and got it done for $200.
