Prestige Auto was recommended to me by my coworker. From my very first visit in August 2024 I had the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto shop. The customer service was excellent. They were able to get me in the same day for an oil change and they even text me to remind me when it was time for another oil change. What I love is that I get to see my car diagnostic on a big screen TV from the waiting room. Thank you prestige for being on top of my maintenance. I feel very confident with your honesty. This is my place now. Thank you Remsi ! I don’t know if I’m spelling your name right but you have help me the two times that I’ve been there and you’ve explained everything in detail to where I understand. My experience with Prestige was chaotic (in a good way) I brought my Chevy Tahoe 2015 to get it repaired. I tried having everything get financially covered through my warranty but unfortunately the warranty didn’t go through with covering the repairs. In the 2 months that the vehicle sat in their yard. Ramses (front desk) did an outstanding job trying to get the warranty to get my Tahoe covered. Although they declined he tried and tried many times to get them to cover it. Which I’m very thankful for that. At some point I felt like they were going to give up on me but they never did. I couldn’t afford the repairs and brought the vehicle home but overall. Their staff is great. They detected the problem my vehicle has and I will do my best to save money and bring it to them to repair it. Their staff is great at working with you. They will go the extra mile for you. I tip my hat for that. So to anyone NEW , these people will CARE for you and take CARE of you. THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT & CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I quoted three repair shops for my engine service, and Prestige had the best estimate. I was very satisfied with the entire experience, wonderful costumer service and my car runs great. Would highly recommend.

This is the second car I've brought to Andre and the team at Prestige Auto Works. They take such good care of my BMW, and their rates are far less than the dealership. They are thorough and will make sure the work is done correctly the first time. And Stephanie at the front desk is great also. When I am in town, this is my go to car place!
