I have been a customer at Prestige Auto works since 2019, and have always had good experiences. The staff are friendly and professional, the work is always completed on time, and their prices are fair. I will keeping coming back and recommend them to anyone that needs a good auto shop!

Prestige Auto was recommended to me by my coworker. From my very first visit in August 2024 I had the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto shop. The customer service was excellent. They were able to get me in the same day for an oil change and they even text me to remind me when it was time for another oil change. What I love is that I get to see my car diagnostic on a big screen TV from the waiting room. Thank you prestige for being on top of my maintenance. I feel very confident with your honesty. My experience with Prestige was chaotic (in a good way) I brought my Chevy Tahoe 2015 to get it repaired. I tried having everything get financially covered through my warranty but unfortunately the warranty didn’t go through with covering the repairs. In the 2 months that the vehicle sat in their yard. Ramses (front desk) did an outstanding job trying to get the warranty to get my Tahoe covered. Although they declined he tried and tried many times to get them to cover it. Which I’m very thankful for that. At some point I felt like they were going to give up on me but they never did. I couldn’t afford the repairs and brought the vehicle home but overall. Their staff is great. They detected the problem my vehicle has and I will do my best to save money and bring it to them to repair it. Their staff is great at working with you. They will go the extra mile for you. I tip my hat for that. So to anyone NEW , these people will CARE for you and take CARE of you. THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT & CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
