They’re great. They gave an estimate for repairs and when I gave them the go ahead they almost had it repaired that day. Had they achieved that I feel it would have been miraculous. But they had ready l believe before 10:00 am the next day. Still unbelievable to me. They have won my trust for sure. And I will give them all the free advertisement I can. They all seem to be on top of the game. Thanks to all of them l am driving a safe car again. SO THANKS TO ALL THAT WORKED ON MY OLD LINCOLN Mkx

Andre and Stephanie are the best. My biggest fear is paying for services I don't need. Well I don't have that problem any longer now that Prestige is my mechanic.

Had an issue last Saturday with my truck, missfiring plugs is what it sounded like to me. Checked the codes and it was showing a P0300 which it was. I could change the plugs myself but as I was looking around the engine compartment I notice 2 broken exhaust bolts on my 04 Avalanche. Called Prestige and got an appointment the next day. They fixed the broken bolts on the other side of the motor when i originally purchase it 4 years ago. Which were still looking good. The last time I was there was when I bought the truck and they gave it a pre-inspection look. It helped me negotiate a lower price and I've enjoyed the truck ever since. This time they remember other issues I couldn't afford to fix at the time and reminded me about these issues I completly forgot. I said go ahead, fixed them all. In a couple of days I was back on the road. Truck was clean when returned to me and running strong. Than you Andre, Stephanie and Prestige staff. See you next time!
