Elite '2020 Elite '2020 1 check-in Seen their amazing review, came for a smog and they sent me a text message with a link with all of the things they recommended and how urgent each item was with pictures and they also print this out for you as well. I showed my husband and he was pretty impressed too so I ended up going back a few weeks later and got all the recommendations done. I've had my car for many years so it was time to for all the maintenance with fluids and belts etc. I really appreciate that it's not one of those places where they lie about all the things that need to be fixed and pushy about it since I am a female. They got everything done in a day. I am very satisfied with their service. This is my go-to spot!! Had an issue with my car not starting and the A/C not working. Took it to prestige cause they have financing options. I was a little concerned at first but when I spoke to stephanie she assured me that all will work out in the end. Prestige is clean and very prompt to let you know what's going on with the repairs via text messages, emails or phone calls. The employees look happy to be there and that's a good sign. Thank your prestige, I think I found my new auto shop if I can not do it my self. Excellent shop and customer service

I was on a long trip and needed repairs on the car. The only shop available did a bad job and I had to stop two more times for repairs. Bolts were missing and loose causing belts to slip and squeal. When I got home I took it in to Prestige and the repairs were done right the first time. Prestige Auto Works staff is always friendly and helpful.
