I was having a pesky problem with my nine year old Acura; the AC went kaput and another mechanic couldn't figure out the problem. Prestige got me in the same day I called. Shout out to Andre the technician who accurately diagnosed the problem, a faulty relay, which thankfully was only a $12 part! Great professionalism, integrity, and service; would highly recommended these guys. Brought my BMW in for an alignment. The Technician did a great job. Have driven the car a few days and I can feel the difference. He took the time to show me the multiple areas the alignment was off and tested my car once he was done. He took the time again to answer some questions I had when he handed the car back to me. Thank you for the excellent customer service and competitive pricing.

I'm always satisfied with the customer service and any maintenance or repairs on my 2003 Honda .I used to go to the manufacturer for my regular maintenance before I switched to Prestige. Prestige has saved me a lot of money compared to when I brought my car to the dealer to have it serviced. It always ended up costing a couple hundred dollars each time I had the manufacture do my service. Prestige keeps my 15 year old Honda with over 164,500 miles going strong. I won't need a new car for another 10 years at this rate!!!! I'm shooting for another 100,000 before I even thing of getting a new car. Thank you Prestige

I have had such good experiences here. I bought a 2001 BMW 325i wagon with 160,000 miles and brought it in for any necessary maintenance and a check engine light that came on after buying it. They were always very transparent about each repair and Stephanie at the front desk always answered my dumb car questions with patience. About a month after all the repairs, my check engine light came on again and they let me know that there was some major damage to the engine that would require a prohibitively expensive engine replacement. They didn't push this on me or suggest a cheaper but less effective alternative, and Andrei even waived the diagnostic fee that time around because I had put so much $ into the car only for it to be on its last legs. While my car is a lost cause, I'm grateful for the friendly, honest and quality service at Prestige. Even my Lyft driver who dropped me off there was a loyal customer at this shop, which I took to be a great sign. If you're looking for an expert mechanic for your BMW or other car, this is the place to go!

Andre, Stephanie, and the staff go above and beyond for their customers. We've been servicing our vehicles at Prestige Auto Works since a co-worker referred me to Andre >5 years ago, and we've never gone anywhere else except for the oil change which I usually do myself. We just know it's done right and not rush like at the dealership. If you want to save money and have quality work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. We live 30 minutes away but we bring our vehicles here for service.

Love this shop! Totally worth the drive from Chico to bring my car here. I had been trying to get repairs done by a shop in Chico fixed for the last 4 months. It was nothing nut a waste of time and a headache. Prestige fixed my 4 month problem in 3 hours. Their front desk staff is friendly and I love the text reminders. Also their mechanics are knowledgeable and honest, which is hard to find in this industry. They have made a life long customer, despite the drive. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service with very detailed inspection. I have been to the dealership for oil changes in the past because of the inspection they offer. Prestige takes inspection to a another level with much more detail than the dealership. I am impressed with the service they offer.
