He got our appointment scheduled right away. When we arrived, Stephanie greeted us, gathered all the necessary information, and confirmed the diagnostic would be completed by the end of the day. She followed through exactly as promised, both calling and emailing to walk me through the diagnostic report and a clear, fairly priced estimate for the recommended repairs.
