Ive had 2 of my vehicles in for work and began with a smog check, At that time the friendly knowledgable staff made me quite comfortable my cars/truck were in good hands. I was never offered services to inflate my bill or anything many shops routinely pull. I only use Prestige for all my automotive maintenance and servicing needs, I have always been very pleased by the quality of work and the bill when it was done. Its always been less than I thought it would be and they tell you before its even started exactly how much it will be, never a suprise. I have a 91 BMW 850 V12 coupe a very rare car with multiplex wiring and many shops cannot/will not even attempt to work on that car, as they arent capable nor familiar with such machinery. The owner talked to me about the systems on the car and amazed me that he knew what only a few BMW dealers elite techs knew! I learned he was experienced with BMWs and am going to use Prestige for this car as well.I can without reservation recommend Prestige for any work on any car , regardless of make , model etc. They are true professionals. I've been two Prestige twice now and so far both times have been the best experience I've had with car service. I stumbled across Prestige because I was totally dissatisfied with the mechanic I had. They tried to get over on me and charge me for something that wasn't needed so I moved on and have found myself at Prestige. I'm actually looking forward for next service because that will be three times in row with great work and a fair price.

I have brought in two cars to Prestige Auto works and both times have received excellent service at very competitive prices. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, the staff has taken time to tell or show me the root of my automotive problems.

I stumbled upon this place online and found out about their AMAZING price for Smog check and the wonderful reviews on yelp. I wasnt able to see the manager but I heard he was awesome which would mightve made me give them 5 stars. lol. the receptionist is pretty and knew a LOT. more than I did actually. will definitely come back here again.oh yea they had WIFI and i brought my laptop cause i thought it might take a while but it didnt!!
