Totally exceeded my expectations! First of all, I'm trying to coordinate a car repair from 500 miles away. I live in San Diego and only had the internet to go by. I scheduled the appointment and asked my mom to help get the car to the shop. Knowing that I had no viable alternatives, Prestige could have taken serious advantage of me. But they did the opposite. They've gone out of their way to help me coordinate the repair- even offering to give my mom a ride to the shop to pick-up the car! Best of all, the cost of the repair was much lower than I expected. As a woman, I've been taken advantage of so many times with auto repair because I know nothing about cars. These folks are as trustworthy as they come. The people at Prestige Auto Works are true professionals - quality work, clear explanations of automotive issues and fixes, ongoing communication - and none of the "up-sell" games I've experienced with other mechanics. They do what they say they'll do - the car's always ready when they say it will be ready - and I've never had to take the car back because a promised repair wasn't properly completed.
