Sacramento and Elk Grove Auto Repair

I was having trouble getting my car smogged because I needed this one part that was hard to find. So I decided to go over to Prestige and ask if they could order this part for me. I went in on Friday and they had gotten the part for me by Monday. They put it on and I was able to get my car smogged, they get a really high score with me.

Great service. Honest feedback on findings and I never felt that they were trying to sell or pressure you to get work done.

This is the absolute best mechanics shop in town. Andre is a total professional and his staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair, the service is excellent, and most importantly my car runs great. I have taking my vehicles to a lot of different shops in the Sacramento area, but none compare to Prestige Auto Works.I'm a very happy customer!

1st let me say, my personal experience was fine. Living Social oil change with 80?pt inspection... 2 for $40....can't beat it. Sitting in the waiting room was somewhat unsettling listening to complaints from the customers waiting for their vehicles. One claimed to have been there almost 3 hours and the other 1.5 before their cars were even looked at. One customer talked about how they had kept her car 3 days before diagnosing it...I braced myself for an extremely long wait, but had a book with me and the hour just flew by. I have a tiny gnawing worry that the inspection never really happened, but since I didn't pay for it, I guess I have no rights to worry, correct? Will be back for my second oil change in about 6 months (I don't put that many miles on my car) and will have a better feel for it then, but overall, I'm a happy new customer and would go back. Antonio(?) seemed knowledgeable and courteous and appears (from the wall art) to be certified in all things mechanical!

Good service. Friendly and helpful. Was not able to finish the work on this date, but, will be bringing car back to finish up on Monday. Have had other car worked on here and was happy with previous service.

I have taken my car to Prestige Auto Works on two occasions. Both times were for major repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I always felt like I was charged fairly. They never tried to sell me on any unnecessary service, which I really appreciated.

Everytime I come here, I'm provided with excellent service and this is why I continue to come back...
