I was very impressed with the whole experience in dealing with Prestige. I've always been very suspicious of auto repair shops because of prior experiences, the horror stories that repair shops are untrustworthy & I have finally found a place that I can trust. From the time I walked in the door & was greeted by Stephanie to when I left in my car, I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate on recommending them to anyone. It was so cool getting texts & emails informing me on the status of my truck. I got a text showing me an overall digital inspection (XOXOcar) that told me what parts were working perfectly & 1 item that wasn't critical but that I should plan on having my transmission fluid changed soon.

The absolute best repair shop i've ever been to. As soon as I walked in & saw that smile, I felt at ease & valued as a customer. After the diagnostic they informed me what was working perfectly, what was wrong, what needed immediate attention & what could wait. I wouldn't hesitate to send my mother there. Highly recommend them. If you need repairs & you don't know where to go, make Prestige your first call. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Ida and I have been taking our vehicles to 88 Smog Only for years so I was more than a little surprised when I recently took my pickup to be smogged and Prestige Auto Works was now in the location 88 Smog use to be in. I actually ended up being kind of happy because DMV had put on my renewal that I needed to take my truck to a star station and I am not sure the old place was star certified. They were friendly, the waiting room was a little more comfortable than with the old business and I was out of there pretty fast. I don't know how much else there is to say other than I wish they had discount coupons for an oil change.
