I had the same mechanic for 10 years as he specialized in MB. I tried to get in for Service A and was told there was a 2 week wait. In the interim, my car started acting fun and some lights came on so did the research and found Prestige. Stephanie is very professional, explains things so that I understood the results of the diagnostic. I was quoted $1900 and approved the work. When I went to pick it up, not only did they do everything that was quoted - it was $800 less. They explained once they got into the engine, a couple of the items were good and they didn't have to fix them. They could have charged me the $1900 and I would have paid it. It really sold me on their honesty and integrity. And respect for their customer. This is officially my new shop and I can't say enough good about their excellent work and service! Thank you!!!
