Took my car in for a windshield washer hose that was either disconnected or blown. They checked out the car and found the issue, repaired it, and had me on my way in less than an hour. The repair was simple enough that they only charged me the diagnostic fee, which was already discounted because I booked the appointment online. A great experience all around.

Last month both our vehicles needed attention. Our 2005 VW Beetle had a starting issue and our 1999 Dodge Durango was making noise by the front driver side. We took the VW into Prestige Auto Works and did their magic and fixed the VW promptly. When we picked up the VW we dropped off the Dodge Durango to see what was going on. They figured the issue out and repaired it within a timely manner. Both of our vehicles are working well and the cost for their service is always reasonable. Wow! My 1999 Dodge Durango check engine light came on and I needed to renew registration in a month. I called Prestige Auto Works and they conveniently scheduled an appointment the next Saturday. The issue was the transmission (ouch typically an expensive issue). They gave an estimate, I asked around my friends and colleagues the majority said that Prestige Auto Works price was pretty good for the type of job. Prestige Auto Works was able to complete the job in about 5 days, kept me up to date on the progress and the cost was very reasonable for everything (parts & labor).
