Was not from the area and despite my efforts was not charged for the service. Yuri is an excellent mechanic and Priscilla in the front office was welcoming and extremely helpful! They did a diagnostic test on my car.didnt work on it .but as I see them work on cars in there they pretty much know what there doing.i wish they could of worked on mine.but I needed a motor.

I needed to have the 5,000 annual multi-point check up & Oil Change done for my Scion. Last year I needed some work done on the Scion when it failed to pass the Smog test prior to my Registration Renewal & Prestige Auto took care of the repair & was very helpful & professional, so I returned to them for the check-up. I knew the brakes needed to be seen to, as previously was told at the Toyota/Scion Dealer I took it to that the Pads & Discs would "need attention soon". I didn't wish to return to the Dealer again because, amazingly enough, a salesperson would always appear with information on a "new model" available for purchase & I had no intention of purchasing a new car. The folks at Prestige were GREAT & gave me excellent service, explained everything that needed to be done & gave me an itemized list & had my Scion ready by the next day. Knowing that I'm not an expert on mechanical repairs & the cost of such, my brother asked to review the information I received & said that everything looked fine & that this company was certainly giving me a very good price for the services I was being given. I would certainly recommend Prestige Auto to my friends if their car(s) require service.
