I am pretty sure this is the only review I have done in my life and with good reason! Stephanie, Andre and the crew at Prestige go above and beyond. My car had complete engine failure and needless to say I was extremely stressed, especially since it was a 2016! They worked so diligently with my warranty company and assured me over and over along the way. They turned one of the worst situations into a pleasant one and I couldn't recommend them, their customer service or work more. Thank you again Prestige!

If only I can give more than 5 stars! You guys are awesome! I would highly recommend this place for whoever needs help with their car! These guys are honest and reliable. Priscilla is very lenient when it comes to appointments when I couldn't come in because of work and is very approachable! Andre had run the diagnostics for my car since I wasn't passing the smog and did a really good job! After replacing my the cat converter with a very reasonable price, not even a week of driving, everything(monitors) are all ready! These guys will definitely take care of your car!!! Kudos to Prestige Auto Works! I would absolutely come back if anything happens again! Thank you guys!!!!!

Front headlights had to be replaced. Done very fast! So l was in and out quickly! That made me happy!

Great and honest service!

I took in my 2019 CRV Honda to Prestige Auto Works for a body repair following a rear end collision. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, Keith Raskin. He repaired the vehicle to show room condition. Keith called me daily to let me know updates on the progress of the repair, finished the repair earlier than promised, washed and waxed the outside of the vehicle, vacuumed and cleaned the interior, and even complimentarily removed scratches unrelated to the accident. He also included a jar of touch up paint at no cost! It is very evident that Keith's mission and passion is centered around providing the best customer service in the business. In the last ten years, I cannot remember receiving such exemplary service. I have only one regret. That I had not been introduced to Keith and his superb business many years earlier. Very Nice Staff. Waiting Area and Office are neat and pleasant to look at. It's also a #Star Station, so they Smog Test, Fix and do auto repairs, all under one roof!!!
