Staff was friendly but mechanics are rip off artist

my cars check battery light came on , and my engine was starting to cut out while driving. I called Prestige and they told me to come right in. Andre had a strong hunch it was the Alternator, which it was. since it was afternoon on a friday, they had to hurry to order the part so the job could get done the same day...which it did, and he was correct on the needed part for my VW Beetle. I was on the road again in no time. Thanks Prestige!

They did a great job at replacing my fan. I was treated with kindness and respect while I sat in the waiting room in a mask! They are expensive for some tasks and tried to sell me some unnecessary services. Be sure you do your homework and know what your car needs and doesn't need before you go into any shop.
